LOGIN and PASSWORD RESET

All NAWBO members and guests must confirm a login and setup a password in order to enter the “live” data. Personal passwords are selected by the individual or member and will be known only to that person, and cannot be retrieved by anyone else. Please do not share it with others.

If you have never set up a password, forget your password or wish to change it, there is a "Reset Password" function on the login page that will allow you to create a new password.

Members, please note that the email that you use for this process must match the email address noted in the system. If not, you will need to contact your local chapter to update your email address before proceeding.

1. At www.nawbo-ca.org Click on the “Members and Registered Guests Logon To Live Data” button. The member services login page will appear. "Click" the "reset password" button on the bottom right.
2. Type your email address in the open window and submit. Momentarily you will receive an email containing a link to a secure area where you will reset or set for the first time your password.
3. Your temporary login will be your first initial and last name, e.g., bsmith. Login name is automatically generated by the system once your email address has been confirmed. You choose your own secure password and submit.
4. Once complete, the system will immediately open to "Your Chapter" page area.
