NAWBO's Women's Business Conference (WBC) is the only event of its kind that provides women business owners with personal and professional business development opportunities to take their businesses to the next level of success. The annual conference brings together businesses of all sizes from all industries to celebrate and leverage the collective power of the fastest growing segment of the economy-women business owners.

Accelerated Growth Series
Workshop 2: Developing a Strategic Plan for Growth
Wells Fargo Penthouse, San Francisco
This session will provide the attendees with a proven process for building an effective strategic plan focused on long-term organizational growth. Using the results of the Organizational Effectiveness Survey from Workshop I, participants will develop a customized plan that will serve as a roadmap for achieving their goals and objectives for the next 3-5 years, including tools to ensure financial results and performance management to maximize organizational effectiveness. Participants who are accepted into this session will have the opportunity to register members of their senior management team (up to 3 per company) to help build and execute the strategic plan into measurable outcomes. Structured with both lectures and interactive group sessions, the session is designed to provide quality engagement opportunities with peers who are facing similar business challenges as well as access to industry experts who will guide her through the organizational development process. (Note: Workshop 1 is a pre- or co-requisite for acceptance into Workshop 2.)
