- CLOSED/NO SEATS Monday, March 23rd (11AM to 4PM) - "Water Tour of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Bay-Delta" - Water rationing has been headline news for months. NAWBO-California attendees will have the opportunity to take a four-hour educational bus tour to learn more about the importance of the delta, levee conditions, and water supply challenges. Casual and comfortable attire recommended. Lunch will be provided. No fee.
- Tuesday, March 24th (8AM to 2PM) - Public Policy Summit includes a number of panel presentations by various speakers and members of the Women's Caucus. Topics include: health care; workers compensation; the state budget crisis; AB32 environmental legislation; utility issues; and new laws impacting business. The day concludes with visits with legislators at the Capitol.
